Audit
Simple control audit, also called partial audit.
You may or may not be aware of one or several problems occurring
in your establishment, and you rightly wish to call upon
professional consultancy in order to observe and assess
them.
We propose to intervene in the very heart of your company
in order to give you a detailed report aiming at identifying
and emphasizing both negative and positive points. This
kind of audit is called partial audit because it only concentrates
on the very precise points that are defined with you beforehand.
Full audit
Our full audit differs from simple audit in the way that
it systematically covers the three major sectors of your
establishments, i.e.:
The
kitchen (cooking production, kitchen’s organization,
food hygiene, stocks)
The
restaurant (quality of service, premises and staff’s
hygiene, work’s organization, customer’s welcome,
staff’s motivation)
The
accommodation areas (reception, caretaking, room service,
rooms, customer’s service)

Training
Direct Training
To sort out the difficulties
of your establishment in the best manner, our agency proposes
some concrete training sessions adapted to your case and
tailor-made by our team.
We can offer our specific training sessions elaborated for
cooking, hotel or accommodation activities (for kitchen
or restaurant staff). You order your training session directly
to us, without any preliminary audit.
Specific training
According
to our audit’s report, we will adapt one or several
specific training sessions to make up for identified problems.
These training sessions are thus fully axed on your real
problems. Such unique training sessions, matching the needs
of your establishment, will be proposed on a short, medium
or long-term basis.
Please note that all our training sessions and audits are
made in French, in English or in the national language of
the country you work in.
Backstopping, follow-up
Furthermore, we also propose a counter-audit in order to
control the various improvements and/or remaining difficulties
after a certain given time.
Of course, a second report will be written, including our
conclusions and validation, and if necessary we will indicate
you the new actions to be implemented in order to sort out
or improve the initial situation.

Mystery Customer
In
order to improve the negative points and highlight the positive
points of your establishment, we propose our special interventions
(one or several days) within your premises.
Anonymously (pretending to be an ordinary customer), we
will survey the various services offered by your establishment.
And following this « visit », you will be given
a most detailed report together with our suggestions (in
French, English or the country’s language).
